1.机床床身采用铸铁整体铸造成形，并经时效处理，变形量小，保证机床刚性和精度。

2.修整方式采用金刚石单点修整．砂轮外圆涉面采用金別石修整器笔，可进行自动修整。

3.砂轮主轴采用自带独立油箱，保证主轴在常温下工作，有效保证磨头润滑及寿命。

4.砂轮主轴采用单而三片轴瓦轴承主轴结构，旅转时能产生强大动压动力及超高精度，主轴永远悬浮于油膜上，绝无

金属接触．具有精度高．刚性强，寿命长的特点。砂轮直径400mm时，线速度能在35m/s。

5.工件主轴固定，三相交流电机驱动带动工件拨盘回转，刚性好．精度高。尾架采用手动套简式，或液压二种模式。

6.机床具有行程保护．电机过热保护、电路短路保护。

machine tool, the deformation of the bed is small, ensuring the rigidity and precision of the machine tool.

The dressing method is diamond single point dressing, and the outer round end face of the grinding wheel is

automatically trimmed by a diamond dresser pen.

Grinding wheel spindle adopts its own independent fuel tank to ensure that the spindle can effectively ensure the

lubrication and life of the grinding head at normal temperature.

The grinding wheel spindle adopts three single-sided sheet bearings and bearing spindle structure; when rotating, powerful dynamic power and ultra-high precision can be generated; the main shaft is suspended on the oil film forever, and no metal is touched; there is the characteristics of high precision, strong rigidity and long life. When the diameter of the grinding wheel reaches 400mm, the linear speed can be 35m/s.

The workpiece spindle is fixed, and the three-phase AC motor drive drives the workpiece dial to rotate, with good

rigidity and high precision. The tailstock is in manual sleeve mode or hydraulic mode.

The machine tool has stroke protection, motor overheat protection, and short circuit protection of the circuit.
