1.机床采用德国西门子系统或日本法那科系统，伺服电机均由数字量控制．有很强的编程功能．可实现插补和联动

功能。

2.二轴均由伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杠，传动链简单可靠，可实现无间隙、高灵敏度运动。

3.机床可配有液压薄膜夹具，液压动力卡盘等，夹持精度高，装卸工件方便。

4.工件箱采用高精度套简主轴结构．精度高．便于维修

5.工件主轴驱动由交流变频电机经过多揳带作无级调速。

6.砂轮主轴采用大功率，高刚性电动砂轮轴，由静止变频器驱动。

7.机床采用背包式电箱，占地面积少。

8.机床直线导轨、滚珠丝杆采用德国博世力士乐直线导轨或日本THK直线导轨（按用户要求选配）

Siemens or Fanuc system is used, the servo motor controlled numerically has good programming capacity for

interpolation and linkage motion of axes.

Servo motors and ballscrew drive are used for both axes to ensure a simple and reliable driving of high sensitive

movement without gap.

Either diaphragm chuck or hydraulically-operated chuck is available for high accuracy and easy loading.

Cartridge workspindle driven by an AC motor is used for workhead to ensure high accuracy and its speed can be

varied in stepless with frequency inverter.

High power and high rigidity motorized spindle used for grinding wheel is driven by a frequency inverter.

A backpack electrical cabinet of the machine uses less space.

The linear guides and ball screw of the machine tool are linear guides from Bosch Rexroth in Germany or THK in

Japan (can be configured according to user requirements).
